Where Do I Shoot?
*I have an in-home studio

What is in included in the session prices?
*All sessions include the time with Kasey and the number of edited images listed in each session description
*Prices include travel up to 20 miles from Parker, CO (additional travel time extra)
*All pricing subject to change without notice. Prices will be honored at the time of booking.
What if we need more time?
*Additional time may be booked for $75 an hour
How do I receive my images?
*All edited images will be delivered digitally and are yours to download, print and share
*Clients will be given access to an online gallery from which they will select their favorite edited images based on session
What if we want more images than the package includes?
*Additional images may be purchased at $10 per image
*All images may be purchased for an additional fee based on session
What should I wear?
*I encourage soft, muted and natural tones. I love working with white, ivory, gray and tan and encourage adding in pastels. These colors allow the focus to remain on you and your family. I am always happy to help with styling.
What if I want to change outfits during our session?
*You can change as many times as our session time allows
What if I want to shoot at more than one location?
*You can shoot at different locations as our session time allows
How many people can be in the shoot?
*You can have as many people as you want but please be aware of the session time you choose as more people requires more coordination
Can I include my pets in the shoot?
*Yes! Pets are welcome at outdoor or your home sessions! They might not be included in all photos to make the best use of our time together
What if I am a returning client or I refer someone?
*Returning clients receive an additional 5 selected images
*Refer a friend for an additional 5 images on your next shoot
How do I pay for my session?
*$50 deposit due upon booking and remaining balance due at time of session
*Cash, check or credit cards accepted
What if I need to cancel/ reschedule?
*No charge for rescheduling, contact me for a new date
*If you cancel before 72 hours of your session date, the deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 72 hours of session date will forfeit their deposit.
Can I buy a gift certificate for someone?
*Gift certificates for all sessions are available for purchase. Please contact me at kaseygentryphotography@gmail.com to purchase.
